Checking your InstaWin prizes
If you have entered an InstaWin competition, you will then be notified of any Instant Win prizes that you have won.

Entry confirmation
You will then receive an email containing your purchase information, including your chosen entries or if you have entered an InstaWin competition our system will automatically check if you’re an InstaWinner and you will see the results on your screen! The team will then contact you within 24 hours to arrange your prize.

The live draw
You will be able to watch the live draw for the competition/s you have entered. You can watch these on our Youtube page, Facebook page and also on our website. Winners are chosen using our state-of-the-art lottery machine.

Once we have the winner/s
Winners are contacted within 30 minutes of the live draw finishing and the delivery of prizes is always completely free. InstaWinners will be contacted within 24 hours of winning their prize. Any Credit site wins will be automatically added to your account.
